The living room has comfortable furniture, a wonderful view and opens onto a wide sunny balcony.

Relax in your own spacious living area furnished with  Italian leather couches, an entertainment centre with 40" TV, DVD player with iPod dock, a small selection of music and DVDs, coffee table and excellent lighting.

Bi-fold doors open the living room to the wide balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful view over Ohinemutu Maori village, St Faith's Church and Lake Rotorua. An ideal place to relax, have a drink or dine alfresco - there is a cantilevered sun umbrella and comfortable café-style furniture.

For dining there is a NZ timber rimu table and 6 wide upholstered chairs.  Quality crockery, cutlery and glassware to serve up to eight is provided so that you can entertain guests.

The kitchen is all electric and overlooks the living room. There is a cook top, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many small appliances. The pantry has basic ingredients and generous provisions for your first breakfast. Utensils are sufficient to prepare and serve a good range of food.
